Located in Building 3 at Mareazul, this spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence is just a short walk from the beach and features a private terrace where you can enjoy beautiful ocean views. With room for up to 6 guests, it’s a great choice for families, couples, or friends who want plenty of space to relax and enjoy Playa del Carmen at their own pace.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom has two Queen beds. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room, giving everyone a comfortable place to settle in after a day of beach time, pool lounging, or exploring the Riviera Maya.

The living and dining areas have that relaxed vacation feel you’re looking for. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare a quiet breakfast, grab a quick bite before heading out, or put together dinner when you’d rather stay in. You’ll also have a washer and dryer, air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and 3 Smart TVs for those moments when staying in sounds like the best plan.

The private terrace may quickly become your favorite spot. Start your morning with coffee and fresh air, read for a while, enjoy the breeze, or simply sit back and take in the ocean view. Because honestly, doing absolutely nothing is a perfectly good vacation activity in the Caribbean.

When you’re ready to get out and explore, Mareazul has plenty to keep you busy. Follow the resort’s paths down to the beach, cool off in the large pool and jacuzzi areas, work out at the fitness center, unwind in the Zen spaces, or challenge your travel companions to a game of tennis or paddle. You’ll also find restaurants within the resort, including Punto Azul by the pool and Faro Azul near the beach.

The location gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful resort living with Playa del Carmen close by. The city center and Quinta Avenida are about a 5–10 minute drive away, so you can spend the morning barefoot by the ocean and finish the day enjoying dinner, drinks, shopping, or a stroll through town.
